Mr. Metcalf has been associated with Normative Services for 11 years. He oversees all six residential units on campus. In addition, Mr. Metcalf has extensive experience supervising individual living units, as well as planning and implementing outdoor, adventure-based, and backcountry activities with at-risk youth.
