NSI Launches New Mentoring Program

Currently, we are in the initial planning stages of establishing a pre and post mentoring program. This program will help our students not only to prepare for discharge but adjust to life post-discharge. It will provide a partnership between NSI Academy and businesses, colleges and citizens, not only of Sheridan, but throughout Wyoming.

We continue to work with agencies and courts, to provide needed services, including a 45 day evaluation and a multi-level substance abuse program. Education continues to be a focus for our students. We not only strive each day to help our students improve in the academic arena, but, after leaving NSI Academy, we have staff available to assist with the transition back into their local school setting as well as to help them apply and enroll into college.
